Dear Partner in Ministry,
We appreciate your interest in working with us at the 2007 MidSouth Winter Conference to expose students to a variety of ministry opportunities! Here are a few details that you need to know about setting up a booth for your ministry, school, or organization.
- Each organization will have access to one 4 X 8 foot, covered table
- Each organization will have access to an electrical outlet (extension cords not provided)
- Campus Crusade for Christ does not provide audiovisual equipment. You may request audiovisual equipment from the hotel at your own expense. It is quite expensive so we suggest bringing your own.
- A description of your ministry will be printed in the student notebook. Please fill out the Guest ministry needs form (MS Word) to submit your description and to let us know of other needs you may have. Email to Christi.Fields@uscm.org by Nov. 1
- Please complete Representative form (MS Word) and email to Christi.Fields@uscm.org by November 1.
- Please ship your equipment/supplies to the Sheraton Greensboro Hotel at 3121 High Point Road, Greensboro NC 27407. Specify on the box that it is for the 2007 MidSouth Winter Conference. Charge per box will be $5.
- Booths may be set up after 3 p.m. on December 28th. The Guest Ministry area will open after the main meeting ends at 9pm. Please have a representative at your booth each day from 3pm-7pm and 9pm-Midnight. Booths must be taken down by midnight on Dec. 31.
- You may provide any information about your ministry as a promotion, but contests, prizes, and the sale of any item is not allowed.
- For those of you wishing to stay in the hotel throughout the conference, please register online.
- You will be able to pick up guest nametags during registration between 1pm - 5pm on the 28th or at the information desk throughout the week.
