Arriving

Registration begins at 1pm on December 28th and lasts until 5:30pm. Just come into the hotel and there will be people there to greet you.

You can then walk through registrations, pay any remaining balances left and pick up your room key. We suggest leaving your luggage in the car until after you go through registration.

You can register if all of your roommates have paid their deposit (no more waiting for all of your roommates to arrive)

The Schedule

Registration begins at 1pm on December 28 and the conference rolls on through New Years. We have four nights at the Hotel and you are free to leave the morning of January 1.
